Our Story

Built on patience,

Coffee Vault began with a simple conviction: that great coffee deserves time, attention, and the right environment to be appreciated. In the heart of Long Pine, we've created a space where the ritual of coffee isn't rushed.

Our beans are sourced from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, roasted in small batches right here in Nebraska, and paired with pastries baked fresh every morning from scratch. No shortcuts. No compromises.

From green bean
to your hand.

We don't buy roasted coffee in bulk. Every bag that leaves our shop has passed through our own roaster, on the same day it's packed. That means flavor that hasn't had time to fade — it's at its peak when you receive it.

Sourcing

Direct-trade relationships with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala.

Roasting

Small batches on our 5kg roaster. Each profile developed for maximum clarity.

Resting

Beans rest 5–7 days post-roast before packaging, allowing CO₂ to stabilize.

Delivery

Packed the same day. In-shop pickup or shipped within 24 hours.
